1、* Capital Requiring:

(1)Applying the bank credit qualification.
(2) Applying ￥150,000 yuan own-capital.

2、* Add & Area Requiring:

(1))Holding prosperous bunk in the main business street or big department store or step-street.
(2)The area is not less 30 M 2
(3)The decoration will be accorded with G. Apex.
(4)There will be able to open 2 league-shoppes in the provincial capital or large cities.
(5)Offering the certification of using estate(The Own-right Certification of Estate or renting contract)
(6)Offering the picture for league-shoppe、area or map.
(7)You could attend to compete with the others if you temporarily have no shoppe but deliver ￥10,000 yuan deposit in advance. If :
A.According with our demand, then making the contract, choosing the area, the former ￥10,000 yuan deposit will be changed into Caution Money.
B.No suitable with our demand, return the deposit to applicant.

3、* The Ability Requiring:

(1)Offering the plan for league-shoppe:
A.The Primary Scheme.
B.The Marketing Report:

a.The area population
b.The income average
c.The consume analysis for crystal & ornament
d.The famous brand from another line
e.The retail amount of all kinds of ornament after three years.
f.The accept grade for crystal & ornament
g.The distributing status for high-school、middle technical school or university.
h.The other factor for effecting market development(the main fashion ornament or brand)

(2)Offering the manager's qualification material:

A.Holding the qualification for Registered Corporation、the experience of operation and being interested in crystal or ornament.
B.The financial credit well and holding the ability of processing relation between persons.
C.Investing “Lotus” as like yourself career, keep the reputation or impression of “Lotus ” to operate the league-shoppe.
D.Initiative、active、warm-heart, owning the ability for sales and agree with the operation idea.

4、* Making the Contract:

The applicant would be made the contract with us after passing checkup.

5、* The Schedule of Opening League-Shoppe:

(1)、The inquiring(Tel or Web: www.lotuscn.com)
(2)、Offering the application: Fax or E-mail the application to G. Apex.(including the capital、credit status、business area、the plan for operation、resume and contact style etc.).
(3)、Sending the picture of shop besides the next shop、maps、the main business street by DHL or E-mail to G. Apex.
(4)、Confirmed by G. Apex.
(5)、The final checkup by G. Apex.
(6)、Deliver the deposit(X yuan) to Lotus Co. Lotus appoints someone to review、tutorship.
(7)、The applicant making the renting contract and registered license.
(8)、Making the final contract.
(9)、Checking again.
